Mobile Phlebotomist – Puget Sound Region (Washington)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist to serve patients throughout the Olympia, WA region. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of phlebotomy experience and is highly skilled in working with geriatric patients, individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia, and behavioral health populations. You will provide in-home and onsite blood collection services while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to patient homes, care facilities, and partner sites across the Puget Sound area
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with cognitive or behavioral challenges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant field environment
- Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and facility staff
- Document visits and upload required information in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred)
- Comfortable working with geriatric, Alzheimer’s/dementia, and behavioral health patients
- Current Washington State credential (MA-P or equivalent, if required by employer)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, patience, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
