Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- · Perform Preventative Maintenance regularly and maintain PM software as needed.
· Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical machinery up to and including 120Vac.
· Assist Maintenance team members with repairs on more complex machinery.
· Ability to drive a forklift
· Perform basic plumbing and building repairs
· Use basic hand and power tools to perform tasks
· Utilize lock out tag out
· Ability to understand blueprints and schematics
· Ability to understand and use calipers, micrometers, and various measuring tools.
· Fabricate some parts for repairs using Mills, Lathes, and drill presses.
· Modify machines to improve function or safety
· Ability to work with 240/480 volt single and three phase power.
· Ability to troubleshoot/repair HVAC systems and CNC’s.
· Install and program PLC systems.
· Able to open and close the facility when needed.
· Be available on an on-call basis when needed.
· Modify/program production welders
· Repair and replace all types of motors
· Ability to use MIG/TIG welders for repairs
· Repair and fabricate punches and dies

Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Associates degree in Maintenance or equivalent from a two year tech school preferred
· Five plus years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Intermediate level in lockout/tag out procedures
· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
· Write routine reports and correspondence
· Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and utilize technical information
· Read and understand sketches, shop orders, specifications and blueprints
· Read and utilize inspection and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, protractors, ruler)

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
