We are seeking a qualified and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students in grades Kindergarten through Grade 12. This is a part-time position working three days per week during the school year.
The successful candidate will support students with communication needs through direct therapy services, evaluations, consultation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Provide speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals

Collect and maintain accurate data regarding student progress toward IEP objectives

Complete standardized speech and language evaluations and prepare comprehensive written reports

Participate in IEP Team meetings and communicate evaluation results and student progress effectively with families and school staff

Facilitate Tier 2 social pragmatic language groups to support student social communication skills

Collaborate with teachers, special educators, counselors, and related service providers to support student success

Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations and timelines

Supervise and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As), when applicable

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Special Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current state licensure and appropriate educator certification, if required

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Experience working with school-aged students in grades K–12 preferred

Knowledge of speech and language assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
