Our RBTs work directly with clients one-on-one, implementing therapy programs, collecting data, and supporting families under BCBA supervision. What you need
Current RBT certification
At least 6 months of ABA experience
High school diploma or GED
Your own transportation and a valid driver's license
What you'll get
$25-$30/hr to start, based on experience
