Team TRC Lead Coach (Part-Time)
We are looking for a Lead Coach for the TRC-RVA competitive climbing program. The Lead Coach will plan training schedules, plan and lead practices, recruit Team TRC climbers, and develop a community for the Team TRC climbers with functions outside of practice (e.g.: potlucks, community service, teambuilding).
Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Previous youth programming experience
- Competitive climbing experience
- Demonstrated passion for climbing
