Position Summary:
We are a growing small company looking for a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. Functions and responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Repair and maintain and operate conveyors, forklifts, loaders, trailers, and other production equipment.
- Completion of all pertinent maintenance paperwork
- Assist with the installation, startup, and improvement of automated equipment and systems
- Work closely with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Complete all pertinent maintenance paperwork
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and employee's
Qualifications required:
- Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and perform effective repairs
- Proficient multitasking skills as job pace depends on each task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn new technologies and develop automation skills
Experience/Licensing: Schedule:
- Electrical Maintenance
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Forklift
- 1st Shift
- Monday-Friday 7 AM to 4 PM
- Saturdays as needed

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (Required)
