Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced production manager who combines strong leadership skills with hands-on RF engineering expertise.
Reporting to the President, the RF Production Manager oversees production operations while providing hands-on RF engineering support. This role ensures efficient manufacturing, product quality, and on-time delivery by supervising production staff, optimizing workflows, and supporting RF testing and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production schedules, priorities, and assembly operations to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures and production documentation.
- Inspect equipment and ensure safe, effective operation.
- Test, validate, troubleshoot, and debug RF boards, including Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) and Active Antennas.
- Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise production employees, including work assignments, training, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Collaborate across departments to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Address employee concerns and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of team and production management experience.
- 3+ years of RF laboratory, engineering, or electronic manufacturing experience.
- Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals, LNAs, and electronic components at SMD level.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Having the following expertise is plus
- Experience managing production teams of 30+ employees.
- Experience with L1/L2 or DC–2 GHz RF systems.
- Active RF board troubleshooting and repair.
- Antenna manufacturing and RF measurements.
Working Conditions
Work occurs in a production environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise. Occasional travel and periodic evening or weekend work may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
Physical Demands
Employees must regularly use hands, speak, and hear; frequently stand, walk, sit, and reach. The role requires lifting 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
