We are seeking a Part-Time After School Educator & Enrichment Instructor to support personalized learning, academic growth, and creative enrichment programs for students in Plantation.
This role is ideal for an educator, tutor, teaching artist, or youth mentor who enjoys working with students in a small-group, hands-on learning environment. The instructor may support a variety of programs including personalized academics, homework help, tutoring, and enrichment activities such as music, arts, STEM, and creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide small-group academic support and personalized instruction
- Assist students with homework, organization, and study skills
- Support individualized learning goals and student progress
- Lead or assist with enrichment activities including arts, music, STEM, and creative projects
- Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and team members
- Support students across different ages and learning levels
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational, tutoring, mentoring, or enrichment setting
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for helping students learn and grow
- Ability to adapt instruction to individual student needs
Preferred qualifications:
- Teaching certification or education background
- Experience with tutoring or small-group instruction
- Background in music, arts, STEM, languages, or other enrichment areas

Sample Schedule: Weekdays 2pm-5pm (exact time frames to be determined).
