Call Transfer Agent Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Call Transfer Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Call Transfer Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by receiving inbound calls, vetting potential clients, and transferring qualified candidates to sales representatives. You will help ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client interaction.
This position requires fluency in English and at least 1–2 years of call center experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Debt Settlement
- Loans
- Mortgage
- Tax Relief
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat communication
- Receive and vet inbound calls to determine qualification for our programs
- Transfer qualified leads to sales representatives
- Accurately complete data entry and maintain updated client records
- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in all interactions
Requirements
- Fluent in English (bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Strong typing and documentation skills
