We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Renovation Specialist who wants more than a typical construction role. Core Responsibilities
- Demolition & thoughtful site preparation
- Finish carpentry including:
- Cabinetry installation
- Flooring installation
- Doors, hardware & adjustments
- Trim, molding & refined finish detailing
- Fixture installation and final finishing touches that enhance project aesthetics
- Precision layout, measuring, and material execution
- Safe, proficient operation of power and hand tools
- Support fellow trades and contribute to fluid, collaborative project execution
- Maintain clean, organized, client-facing jobsites that reflect elevated standards
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience within high-end residential and/or commercial renovation
- Reliable transportation & clean driving record
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Comfortable receiving regular project feedback while also operating confidently and independently on-site
- Ability to adapt, problem solve, and contribute beyond a single trade specialty
Bonus Skills
- Rough framing experience
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and schematics
- Multi-trade knowledge and broad renovation acumen
Compensation & Growth
$50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, demonstrated abilities, and willingness to embrace continued training, development, and skill expansion.
