Richardson’s Farm is looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Training & Closing Manager to join our team! This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on developing others, building team energy, and leading by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Train and mentor team members, many of whom are in their first or early work experiences
- Create a positive, motivated team atmosphere during every shift
- Coach employees in real time—offering guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback
- Help new hires build confidence and learn quickly
- Lead shifts with a strong, hands-on approach
- Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork
- Set the tone by working alongside staff and demonstrating best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Natural leader who enjoys teaching, coaching, and motivating others
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
- Ability to connect with and inspire entry-level team members
- Patient, supportive, and able to give clear direction
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability required
