Popeyes Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Popeyes restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead and develop team members, deliver excellent customer service, and drive restaurant profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and supervise team members
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Control labor, inventory, and operating costs
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Recruit and retain top talent
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
