Qualifications:
- Current Kansas state license as a Registered Nurse or a Nurse Compact License
- Knowledge of state and local regulations regarding long term care
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred
