Job description
Shift Manager
Shift managers should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Duties will include working with a team to make sure customer service, consistently delicious food, and a great dining experience are always met. Shift managers will be our team leaders and they must be able to communicate with their team effectively to make sure everything runs smoothly in the store.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, day and evening shifts.
Pay $14 - $16 an hour (includes tips)
