Dune Dwellings is a family-run vacation rental company managing properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct booking website. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in their work and care about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Clean vacation rental properties between guest check-out (10:00 AM) and check-in (4:00 PM)
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Report damage, missing items, maintenance concerns, or supply needs through our app
- Complete up to two cleans per day. We intentionally keep schedules manageable.
- Assist with basic inventory checks, minor maintenance tasks, or occasional errands as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time
- Responsive and able to communicate clearly when issues arise
- Available to clean between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with flexibility to begin shortly after guest check-out
- Availability on weekends and holidays is highly preferred, as these are often our busiest turnover days
Previous cleaning experience in vacation/short-term rental is a plus but not required.
Scheduling & Payments
We use Turno for scheduling, communication, and payments. Familiarity with the platform is helpful but not required. If you already clean for other clients, that’s perfectly fine. We’ll work with your availability whenever possible.
Requirements
- Two professional references with contact information
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned properties
- Smartphone access to use Turno and communicate with the team
Compensation
Pay is per clean, not hourly, and ranges from $75 to $280 depending on the size of the property. Most turnovers are completed within the standard six-hour turnover window.
Additional compensation may apply when a property requires significantly more time due to guest-related conditions. Cleaners receive 100% of the advertised cleaning fee paid by guests.
