The pay range is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00

The job of the Food & Beverage team is to enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.

Food & Beverage business fundamentals, including department sales trends, freshness, food safety and quality, inventory management, item reliability, guest shopping patterns and pricing and promotions strategies
As Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day most likely will include the following responsibilities:
Manage the Food & Beverage team and operations to drive store sales, demonstrating how you, your team and your departments contribute to and impact total store profitability and operational excellence
Model guest service standards to ensure your team maintains a fresh, full, reliable, and food safe departments during all operating hours.
Create, lead and model a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding, learning and required training; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions.
Oversee Food & Beverage Team Leaders’ workload planning, including transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling and promotions.
Develop and lead the safety culture and performance of the department through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors, identifying and correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations, assisting with incident response, and reporting/investigating injuries timely and accurately.

Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
