The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiotherapy practices, with experience in out patient orthopedics. Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Implement physical therapy treatments utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to standards for medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR) management.
- Operate medical equipment safely and effectively during treatment sessions while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients to communicate progress and modify care plans as necessary.
- Conduct clinical assessments and document findings clearly within medical documentation standards.
- Support discharge planning processes by providing relevant information on patient progress and ongoing care requirements.
Experience
- Prior experience in an out patient orthopedic setting is highly desirable, but new Graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
