Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled plumbing technicians to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential and commercial calls. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects. Your Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a positive way to sell estimates.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform diagnostics, pipe threading, specialized tech (such as tankless water heaters), and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and durable installations.
- Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing fixtures and systems while adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize HVAC knowledge when working on systems that integrate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components.
- Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair work while maintaining proper ergonomics.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for documentation purposes.
Skills to help you succeed
- Strong construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair.
- Proficiency in plumbing techniques, including pipe threading, and schematic reading.
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components as well as HVAC systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction machinery safely.
- Experience with simple carpentry or handyman tasks that support plumbing projects or remodeling efforts.
- Backflow licensing is a major PLUS!
