Capital Furniture is looking for a motivated, friendly, and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a strong personality, and know how to turn conversations into sales, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and help them find furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
- Explain product features, pricing, financing options, and promotions
- Follow up with potential customers and sales leads
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process
Compensation:
This position uses a draw-against-commission pay structure:
- $500 weekly draw
- 7% commission on sales
- Strong sales performance creates significant earning potential
The weekly draw provides consistent weekly pay while commission rewards strong sales performance. Full details of the compensation structure will be explained during the interview.

- Comfortable approaching and assisting customers
- Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Furniture, mattress, retail, automotive, or commission-based sales experience is a plus

- Ability to work weekends and retail hours

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Compensation:
- Guaranteed minimum pay of $500 per week
- OR 7% commission on sales, whichever is greater
You will never earn less than $500 per week. If your 7% commission exceeds $500 for the week, you will receive the higher commission amount instead.
