AESC is a unique place. The hospital is privately owned by local veterinarians and our philosophy has always been that if we practice good medicine, and treat our people and our clients well, we will be successful. We keep our fees as reasonable as we can, which allows our staff to feel good about what we do. Despite having exponential growth over the past couple of years the hospital still has a family feel and our people know that we care about them. Doctors and staff stay with us because they are proud of the medicine we practice and appreciate our culture. Reno is a smaller city with close proximity to the beautiful eastern Sierra Nevada mountains and Lake Tahoe along with the Truckee River and access to great open spaces of Nevada’s high desert making it the perfect location for an outdoor enthusiast with skiing, hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing and trail running right outside your door. If you love what you do, want to keep learning and growing, and want to provide the best care to your patients and help save lives every day, join the incredible team at Animal Emergency and Specialty Center.
