Requirements: Experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on GroundUp Multifamily projects + MUST have stable job history
This is a full time/ permanent position with a highly reputable General Contractor specializing in Groundup Multifamily and Commercial Construction projects. They are well established with consistent work and a strong pipeline of work for years to come. Due to growth, they are currently hiring for a Project Manager who been focused in multifamily, specifically experienced in Groundup Multifamily Apartment builds.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management - planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
Qualifications:
5+ Years Experience as a Project Manager
Understanding of Construction documents
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
Experience in Multifamily Projects
Stable Job history & demonstrated good tenure of at least 3+ Years or more at each prior company
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field
