Position Summary
SAP Impact Group is seeking motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Charity Fundraisers to join our team on behalf of Envision Fundraising. In this role, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through face-to-face fundraising campaigns, engaging directly with community members to educate them about important causes and inspire ongoing financial support.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in a professional, knowledgeable, and positive manner.
- Engage with community members through face-to-face fundraising campaigns, including residential door-to-door canvassing and community outreach events.
- Educate potential donors about the mission, programs, and measurable impact of partner charities.
- Inspire and secure recurring donations on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Build meaningful relationships with supporters while answering questions about charitable initiatives.
- Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising goals.
- Accurately complete donor enrollment and documentation processes.
- Attend ongoing training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current fundraising campaigns and nonprofit partners.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and donor experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new people.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Customer service, sales, fundraising, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel within assigned fundraising territories.
- Ability to safely transport fundraising materials and equipment as needed.
