General Overview
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys variety within their workload. There is a range of responsibilities from entry level tasks such as filing and data entry, to higher level work such as reconciliations and data analysis. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, a love for digging into data, upholding internal controls and compliance, and the ability to turn insights into action. This individual should be trustworthy, organized, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Suite.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Manage intercompany transactions and related billing

Execute reconciliations such as cash, third party, and insurance

Assist with audits, forecasting, budgets, and special projects as needed

Perform office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and processing the mail/emails

Analyze store performance, identifying trends in sales, labor, food cost, and guest behavior

Build user-friendly reports and dashboards for our operations and executive teams

Work with our POS, inventory, and accounting systems to ensure clean, connected data

Champion hospitality behind the scenes — finding insights that help teams deliver better service, faster
General Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ work experience in the accounting and finance field.

Experience with Sage accounting software is helpful, but not a requirement.

Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is preferred, but not a requirement.

Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.

Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Skilled in Excel sheets and familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Strong communicator who can translate complex data into practical insights for non-finance teammates

Ability to bring ideas and efficiencies to teams

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and excited to support a fast-paced hospitality environment
