Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants with their housing needs and ensuring a positive leasing experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and highlight key features
- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Utilize property management software for leasing and maintenance tasks
- Maintain organized and up-to-date leasing documentation
- Upsell additional amenities or services to prospective tenants
- Handle lease renewals and negotiate terms with current residents
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to navigate legal administrative processes related to leasing agreements
- Experience with conflict management and problem-solving
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close leasing deals
Addition to, but limited to:
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre - employment drug testing.

- Monday to Friday (8am -5pm)
- Weekends as needed (Saturday only (10-2)
