Tint World Marin County is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll create an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door, call, or contact us online.
You'll educate customers about our automotive styling and protection services, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, process sales, and ensure our showroom and customer lounge remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers in person, by phone, email, and social media.
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products and services.
- Prepare estimates and explain pricing and available options.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-up.
- Process payments and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Keep the showroom, displays, and customer lounge clean, organized, and professional.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Automotive service, dealership, aftermarket accessories, or auto styling experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with paperwork and order management.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and point-of-sale systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
