We're looking for an exceptional Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who doesn't just want another job—they want to build and lead a thriving pelvic health program within an established private practice.
This position begins on a PRN/part-time basis (approximately 10–20 hours per week) and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload as patient demand increases. You'll become the clinical leader for all things pelvic floor, helping shape the future of women's health services while enjoying the flexibility to treat patients in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the clinical leader for our pelvic floor and women's health program.
- Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using evidence-based, one-on-one care.
- Treat a diverse patient population including:
- Pregnancy & postpartum
- Urinary and fecal incontinence
- Pelvic pain
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Diastasis recti
- Sexual dysfunction
- Pre- and post-operative pelvic surgeries
- Male pelvic health (if applicable)
- Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations, including internal examinations when clinically appropriate and with patient consent.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, behavioral strategies, and patient education.
- Document visits using our AI-powered EMR on mobile or desktop.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, OB/GYNs, urogynecologists, midwives, doulas, primary care providers, and our rehabilitation team.
- Help establish and grow our pelvic floor service line through exceptional patient outcomes and strong provider relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both treating patients and growing a specialty program.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build and manage your own pelvic health caseload.
- Develop referral relationships with local physicians and healthcare providers throughout the Austin community.
- Participate in community education events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Help shape pelvic health programming, services, and future growth initiatives.
- Work alongside leadership to expand women's health services within the practice.
Marketing, scheduling, credentialing, billing, and operational support are provided, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care while helping grow the program.
QualificationsRequired
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current Texas Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Pelvic floor training and clinical experience required
- Comfortable performing internal pelvic floor examinations
- Experience treating women's health and pelvic health conditions
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Reliable transportation for mobile outpatient visits
Preferred
- Herman & Wallace coursework (Level 1 or higher)
- APTA Pelvic Health training
- PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic, or other pelvic health certifications (or active pursuit)
- Experience treating both female and male pelvic health conditions
- Existing referral relationships within the Austin medical community are a plus
