Job Title: Technician
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $35.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (Full-time)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Ability to read and write in English
- General knowledge of mechanical hand tools and soldering equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills (process, product, and procedures)
- Working knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to handle or be exposed to chemicals in a production environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and alternate shifts as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of the following training programs:
- Manufacturing Training Programs
- PWB Handling
- First Piece Certification
- Component Identification
- ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)
Position Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, report, and improve performance of manufacturing equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
- Execute immediate repairs on equipment used in CCA production
- Collaborate with Production Line leadership and engineering teams (Product, Process, Quality, and Test)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- MyCronic Pick-and-Place (PnP) experience
- Universal Instruments PnP experience
- Kohyoung or YesTech AOI experience
- SMT CCA Inline-Wash experience
- MPM Screen Printer experience
- Associate’s degree or vocational technical certification
Education Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with additional specialized technical training equivalent to an Associate degree and 10 years of experience
- Associate’s degree strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
