Must meet and be able to perform the following duties:
1. Basic knowledge and understand drawings including architectural drawings
2. Possess knowledge and understanding of all construction methods including but not limited to.
: Framing of wood and metal walls.
: Drywall install and finish.
: Procedures for safe demolition.
: Erecting scaffolding.
: Use of all carpentry related tools.
: Building concrete forms.
: Concrete finish work.
: Set templates for anchors.
: Leveling and bracing.
: Install blocking, toilet accessories
: install sheeting, siding and roofing
3. Review and enforce company safety policies.
4. Be able to manage work flow efficiently.
5. Be part of a positive and productive work team.
6. Help keep the job on time.
7. Identify and resolve job issues before they effect the job cost and time line.
8. Keep job site clean and organized.
9. Ability to demonstrate/instruct job related tasks to help train team members.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Carpenter reports directly to the superintendent assigned to the job and takes direction from the Lead Carpenter.
