Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure customer information, quotes, and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
This role works closely with sales representatives and internal departments to maintain high-quality customer records, prepare quotes, process orders, and support the daily administrative needs of the sales organization. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in multiple software platforms, and able to manage detailed tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies and contacts using ZoomInfo.
- Add, update, and enhance customer and prospect records in Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate account, contact, and opportunity information.
- Prepare and process customer quotes.
- Enter and process sales orders through Acumatica and Salesforce.
- Review quotes and orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, and customer information.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative and order-related requests.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounting, and other internal departments to resolve order questions or discrepancies.
- Track outstanding quotes, orders, and required customer information.
- Help maintain accurate documentation and consistent data-entry standards.
- Support additional sales projects, reporting, and customer follow-up activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning and working in CRM, ERP, and sales intelligence platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, administration, or data management is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Acumatica, or ZoomInfo is helpful but not required.

Compensation
The position offers a starting salary of up to $50,000 per year , with opportunities for professional development and advancement based on performance and business needs.
