The GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) Department is responsible for the fabrication of lightweight, high-strength architectural and themed elements used across Nassal’s projects by combining cement-based materials with alkali-resistant glass fibers. The team produces durable, thin-shell components that replicate stone, concrete, and custom sculpted finishes while reducing weight and increasing design flexibility.
This department plays a critical role in delivering complex sculptural features and decorative elements that require both structural integrity and artistic precision. Work within the GFRC team spans the full fabrication process—from mold preparation and mix design to casting, curing, finishing, and quality control—requiring a balance of technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
As part of the PCL Family of Companies, Nassal combines artistry, engineering, and construction excellence to deliver extraordinary experiences. Fabrication Craftsmen contribute to this mission through precision, safety, creativity, and teamwork.
