Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to lead our shipping and logistics operations. Duties
- Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and materials handling activities within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse distribution.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and internal departments to streamline logistics operations and improve process efficiency.
- Oversee forklift operation and mechanical equipment use, ensuring safety compliance with OSHA standards.
- Implement process improvements using ERP system
- Conduct regular audits of inventory management practices, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision, shipping & receiving, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and materials handling procedures.
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation and mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with ERP System
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a safety-conscious environment.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety and heavy lifting procedures.
- Experience working with 3PL environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in inventory control.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
