- Work independently, engaging directly with customers in face-to-face settings, presenting Verizon wireless and home service solutions tailored to their needs as an Entry Level Verizon Representative
- Identify and implement Verizon sales solutions to customer challenges and overall needs
- Represent Verizon with professionalism, ensuring positive customer interactions that drive sales as an Entry Level Verizon Representative
- Assist customers with placing new sales orders or upgrading existing products and services
