Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality and presentation
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to foster a positive team environment
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality specifications
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as BRINK POS; oversee cash handling procedures
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas
- Support shift management by coordinating schedules, overseeing customer service, and resolving operational issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings
- Strong background in kitchen management, food preparation, and culinary techniques
- Hands-on experience with POS systems including BRINK POS; proficient in cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated supervising experience with staff training, team management, and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling best practices
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on hospitality management and customer service excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
