We are seeking to add a Full-Time Admin & Technical Document/Bid Assistant to our Saratoga office!
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative support and technical document preparation.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact to greet clients, vendors and guests
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Assisting with bid documentation, bid tabulations, and bid openings
- Supporting engineers with project manual updates and document preparation
- Helping organize and maintain bid/project information
- Travel to municipalities to execute the opening of bids
Ideal candidate:
- Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with clients and vendors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with NYS Contract Reporter, Bidnet, DropBox and Google Docs a plus!

Pay: $25.00 - $27.88 per hour
