Overview
Market Street Wellness is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Dispensary Manager to lead our retail cannabis operations. We are looking for a proven leader who is passionate about compliance, customer service, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily dispensary operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory, seed-to-sale tracking, audits, and loss prevention.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage product ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of dispensary management experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of Oregon cannabis regulations and METRC.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with inventory management, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Must meet all OLCC permit requirements.
- Preferably familiar with Blaze POS system.
- Marijuana workers permit

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, plus opportunities for performance incentives and professional growth.
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
