CDL A & B drivers to operate mixer trucks delivering ready-mix concrete across
Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle area. Whether you’ve got experience or just earned your CDL, this is your chance to grow, learn, and build a career that moves you forward.
Plant Locations:
- 5 plants across the Raleigh Metro area
4 additional plants serving surrounding communities
- Knightdale
- Fuquay-Varina
- Selma
- Smithfield
What You’ll Earn
- Starting Pay: $26.91/hr.
- + $1.00/hr. more with 1+ year of mixer experience
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 180 days)
- Guaranteed 40 hours every week
- Double time on weekends
- Premium pay for off-hour shifts
- Quarterly bonuses + profit sharing

What You’ll Do
- Deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across Raleigh and nearby communities
- Safely operate and maintain a mixer truck
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure load quality
- Handle chute operations and assist with unloading
- Work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers on-site
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
No mixer experience? No problem. We train motivated drivers who want to learn and grow.

What You Need
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Age 21+
- Safe driving record and solid work history
- Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, climbing, chute handling)
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
Wage Range: 26.91 - 27.91 per hour
