Salary: $60,000 – $75,000/year (Negotiable depending on experience)
The Latin American Health Alliance (LAHA) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Central Massachusetts, focused on improving the health and well-being of underserved communities, particularly Latinx population. We provide culturally sensitive addiction recovery services, healthcare access, and educational support. Our mission is to foster long-term health, stability, and empowerment, promoting sustainable solutions for individuals facing significant challenges related to substance use disorders.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape programmatic culture at one of Central Massachusetts’ most mission-driven residential recovery programs. You will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, influence program design and policy, and make a measurable difference in the lives of Latino men on the path to recovery.
LAHA provides organizational support including ongoing professional development funding, CEU reimbursement, collaborative executive leadership, and a team deeply committed to culturally responsive care.

Oversee all daytoday operations of Hector Reyes House, ensuring a safe, structured, and recoveryoriented residential environment

Ensure full compliance with BSAS regulations, licensing requirements, and program standards; maintain readiness for audits and site reviews

Lead and supervise program staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and ongoing staff development

Ensure appropriate staffing coverage across all shifts, including nights and weekends as needed

Maintain accountability for client records, documentation, and program reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Oversee and respond to incidents, behavioral issues, and crisis situations, in coordination with clinical staff and leadership

Ensure consistent delivery of structured daily programming and recovery supports for residents

Monitor program performance, client outcomes, and identify areas for improvement

Own and oversee all credentialing, funding, and insurance submission processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, fully compliant, and on time

Serve as primary liaison to BSAS, referral sources, and external partners, maintaining strong relationships and referral pipelines

Develop and strengthen community partnerships, particularly with Latinoserving organizations

Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and operational needs in coordination with leadership

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business, Public Administration, Social Services Management, or related field required

Demonstrated experience in program administration or operations leadership

Experience in residential or human services settings preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skills

Ability to manage complex operations and multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication skills in multicultural environments

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
