Roles: To be the representative face of the company for all visitors, members, and guests upon entering our doors, while ensuring accurate documentation of our members and leads is recorded in our systems. All while keeping your work area and surrounding spaces, recovery space and the club immaculate.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting everyone emphatically who enters and leaves our club
- Must verify members checking in and assist with needs if an error occurs
- Keeping up-to-date documentation of member's records
- Handling incoming phone calls professionally
- Registering guests and collecting guest fees accurately and promptly
- Assist in sales and club tours as necessary
- Handling retail sales /Assist in stocking retail items
- Nurturing leads into the club and recovery via the CRM
- Start of Shift Checklist completion
- Ensuring Sanitation efforts stay stocked, consistent club/recovery walkthroughs
- Execute various tasks as assigned by the manager in a timely fashion
- Towels, Robes, etc cleaned, washed and put away
- Educating clients on the benefits of wellness services
Requirements: Must believe in the vision and mission, must be polite and courteous, must be positive and outgoing, must exemplify the Daytona Fitness Club service standards, must be knowledgeable with phone answering systems, must be knowledgeable with CMS/CRM software, must be knowledgeable with systems, processes, products, and procedures, must be goal-oriented, and stable in fast-paced environments. Must be professional, pro Daytona Fitness Club, prompt, and present while on the clock.
Results:
- Members and guests feel welcomed at all times, especially entering and leaving
- Members and guests are serviced at the highest levels in person and on the phone
- Documentation of Members and leads are complete, accurate, and current
- All Leads are reached out to that enter the CRM by end of day
- 50% of leads are scheduled
- 40% show
- Club/Recovery tours are handled with care and consideration following the SOP
- The work area and surrounding spaces are immaculate at all times
- Retail items and Club Sales are handled with care
- Sanitation and cleanliness are kept at an all-time high
- General Manager is aware of all items/ issues that arise on your watch
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
