Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Facility: Berkshire Visiting Nurse Association – HillCrest Campus
Address: 165 Tor Ct, Pittsfield, MA
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of acute nursing care experience (hospital-based experience preferred)
- Home Health experience required
- Certified Home Health experience required, including proficiency with OASIS (highly preferred)
