About the Role
As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will spearhead site-wide operational excellence by driving strategic transformation rather than merely facilitating events. You will serve as a key advisor to site leadership, ensuring that Lean methodologies translate into tangible business growth and sustainable cultural change.
Responsibilities-
Develop and execute a comprehensive site-wide Lean roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives using Hoshin Kanri.

Partner with the Site Director to identify and prioritize high-impact value streams that drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, and cost.

Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on constraint removal, flow optimization, and process efficiency.

Embed Lean principles into daily operations through robust standard work, visual management, and accountability systems.

Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Deliver hard, tracked results on key performance indicators rather than focusing solely on activity-based metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.

3-5 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement and Kaizen initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Proven expertise in Lean tools including SMED, TPM, 3P, and Value Stream Mapping.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive behavioral change across all levels of the organization.

Strong proficiency in daily management systems and standard work development.

Lean Master certification (e.g., TPS or Danaher Business System).

Advanced analytical capabilities including SPC, regression, and hypothesis testing.

Change management credentials such as PROSCI or Agile certifications.

Experience with advanced problem-solving methodologies like 8D or Shainin.
