Position Overview
We're seeking a compassionate, skilled licensed psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering evidence-based assessment and therapy services, building meaningful long-term therapeutic relationships, and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented clinical culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical work: Provide individual therapy to adults as the core of your caseload, using evidence-based approaches. If it aligns with your training and interests, there's also room to offer relationship therapy, family therapy, or therapy with adolescents.
- Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations, with a particular focus on ADHD assessment. Experience with other evaluation types — such as diagnostic clarification, learning differences, mood or personality disorders, or broader neurodivergence assessment — is a plus, but not required.
- Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues and, where appropriate, with external providers to ensure comprehensive and effective client care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes in compliance with all legal, ethical, and practice standards.
- Professional growth: Stay current on best practices and participate in peer supervision, team meetings, and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice psychology in Ohio.
Skills
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care across identity, ability, and background.
- Ability to balance clinical care with timely administrative responsibilities.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Typical annual compensation of $80,000–$105,000. Clinicians earn 50% of revenue generated from their caseload, with transparent billing practices.
- Benefits: Optional company health insurance ($300/month of premium paid by the company), 5 days of PTO accrued per year, retirement plan with 3% company match, quarterly productivity bonuses, and annual bonuses.
- Flexibility: Clinicians maintain a minimum of 20 billable hours per week for 48 weeks per year. You set your own schedule — most team members work four days per week — with hybrid in-office and remote options.
- Support: Administrative assistance for scheduling, billing, and marketing, plus a steady flow of referrals to help fill your caseload.
- Team culture: A collegial, supportive environment that prioritizes wellness and professional growth, including an annual team retreat.
- Development: Continuing education stipend ($500/year) and opportunities for specialization or program development within the practice.
