Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor/Project Manager with a proven background in the landscape or residential construction industry. This individual will play a critical role in managing mid-to-large-scale, luxury landscape projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate understands the unique standards of the luxury market and has extensive experience coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to achieve flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of high end residential and commercial landscape construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, adherence to timelines, and alignment with Hogue’s high standards.
- Interpret and execute detailed landscape plans and specifications with precision.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, budgets, and deadlines.
- Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams.
- Enforce strict safety and quality standards across all job sites.
- Track budgets, Identify, sell and process change orders, and manage costs effectively.
- Ensure project closeouts are completed to the satisfaction of both the client and Hogue’s standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in landscape construction or related construction project management (luxury residential experience strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of high-end landscape construction practices, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and outdoor living installations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors on complex projects.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
