American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring KS or compact RN licensure and prior ED experience.

Work in a hospital Emergency Department with high behavioral health acuity

13-week assignment
-
Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30

Uses Cerner EMR
-
Seal blue scrubs required
-
Active KS or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 2 years of experience required
-
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA)

TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
-
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
-
CPI or MOAB De-Escalation training required, including online and on-site portions

Cerner EMR experience preferred

Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Must provide full SSN and DOB for consideration

Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Two professional references required

Provide emergency nursing care in a high acuity behavioral health environment

On-site CPI/MOAB high-risk training portion completed during orientation
