Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department by:
- Greeting customers and providing an exceptional service experience
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting repair requests
- Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
- Preparing estimates and explaining repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner
- Coordinating repairs with technicians to ensure timely completion
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Reviewing completed repairs, explaining services performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building lasting customer relationships through honesty, communication, and outstanding service
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge and repair terminology strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
