Responsibilities
- Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure safety and engagement
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences
- Support children with diapering, feeding, dressing, and other personal care routines as needed
- Follow all mandated reporting laws and health guidelines to ensure compliance with licensing requirements
- Assist in managing classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies
