We're seeking passionate and experienced Physical Therapists to support three client locations in the Red Oak, TX area.
What Makes This Role Different?
Unlike a traditional outpatient clinic, you'll spend your time helping employees prevent injuries through education, ergonomic assessments, stretching programs, and movement coaching.
This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys independence, relationship-building, and creating lasting impact through preventative care.
Schedule & Location
- Part-time or full-time, 20–30 hours per week
- Travel between three client sites
- All locations are within approximately 10 minutes of each other in the Red Oak area
Compensation & Benefits
- $47–$60 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Lead stretching and body mechanics programs
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations
- Educate employees on injury prevention and workplace wellness
- Promote healthy movement and safe work practices
- Build positive relationships with employees and client partners
- Serve as a trusted resource for workplace health and wellness
Qualifications
- Current Texas Physical Therapy License
- Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Orthopedic experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
