Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and supervision for children.
- Fostering a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to implement daily activities and curriculum.
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Schedule: Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Work schedules will be determined based on the needs of our facility and current enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a child care setting is preferred, but not required for all positions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
