Commercial Handyman / Facilities Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Commercial Handyman / Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is experienced in commercial building maintenance, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial building repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing, electrical repairs and installations
- Light HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Carpentry, drywall, painting, and general handyman work
- Preventative maintenance and facility improvements
- Assist with commercial cleaning, sanitation, and facility upkeep as needed
Qualifications
- Experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and light HVAC)
- Previous commercial maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Background in commercial cleaning and sanitation is a major plus
- Must have your own basic tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
