Role Overview
We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician II to support our facility operations by maintaining cleanliness across patient rooms, treatment areas, restrooms, and administrative spaces. This role involves utilizing specialized equipment and supplies to ensure a professional environment while adhering to all safety and quality protocols. You will be responsible for waste and linen removal, maintaining a polished appearance, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures.
Core Responsibilities

Ensure a sanitary environment for patients and staff by consistently cleaning and stocking assigned areas such as nursing stations, lounges, and treatment rooms.

Take ownership of patient interactions by providing high-quality service and following all safety protocols and signage to improve the overall patient experience.

Execute time-sensitive, high-level disinfection tasks in critical areas like emergency departments and isolation rooms to help maintain a safe facility.

Perform specialized floor and carpet maintenance, including stripping, refinishing, and upholstery extraction, to contribute to the facility's upkeep.

Complete additional tasks and projects as directed by management to support departmental goals.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow English instructions, including emergency signage and technical documentation.

Experience operating professional cleaning machinery such as extractors and vacuums is preferred.
