Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and assess patients' needs
- Provide therapeutic massage services including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and exercises
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and delivering patient-centered care
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in a med spa or healthcare setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
